DADES TRACTATS, FINALITAT I LEGITIMACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>SONIDO POSITIVO realitza el tractament de les <strong>dades personals<\/strong> identificatives i de contacte de l&#8217;Interessat amb la <strong>finalitat<\/strong> de facilitar la gesti\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s de venda d&#8217;entrades, passades, abonaments i acreditacions i, en general, per prestar la informaci\u00f3 o serveis que ens sol\u00b7liciti, inclosos aquelles <strong>dades personals<\/strong> financers o bancaris que siguin necessaris a l&#8217;efecte d&#8217;utilitzar els mitjans de pagament.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, La <strong>legitimaci\u00f3<\/strong> l&#8217;ostenta SONIDO POSITIVO per expr\u00e9s consentiment prestat per l&#8217;Interessat, qui haur\u00e0 de marcar la corresponent casella d&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 de manera pr\u00e8via a la remissi\u00f3 del formulari de contacte disposa la p\u00e0gina web; o per relaci\u00f3 contractual en cas que l&#8217;Usuari adquireixi o contracti qualsevol dels productes o serveis oferts per SONIDO POSITIVO (entrades, c\u00e0mping, marxandatge &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, les seves dades personals podran ser objecte de tractament a l&#8217;efecte de remetre-li informaci\u00f3, fins i tot per mitjans electr\u00f2nics, sobre els seus productes i serveis, en cas que expressament consenti tal tractament.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>III. CESSI\u00d3 DE DADES A TERCERS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>SONIDO POSITIVO l&#8217;informa que, excepte obligaci\u00f3 legal o consentiment expr\u00e9s per la seva banda, no cedirem les seves dades a tercers.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. TERMINI DE CONSERVACI\u00d3 DE LES DADES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El tractament de les dades es dur\u00e0 a terme durant tota la vig\u00e8ncia de la relaci\u00f3 contractual entre l&#8217;Interessat i SONIDO POSITIVO i, en cas que hi hagi consentit el tractament per a l&#8217;enviament de comunicacions comercials, fins que cancel\u00b7li la subscripci\u00f3, revoqui el seu consentiment o exerciti el seu dret de supressi\u00f3 de les dades. En cap cas es dur\u00e0 a terme cap tractament per m\u00e9s temps del estrictament necess\u00e0ria en funci\u00f3 de la finalitat per a la qual van ser recollides les dades.<\/p>\n<p>Sense perjudici de l&#8217;anterior, el per\u00edode de conservaci\u00f3 podr\u00e0 mantenir-se en funci\u00f3 del tractament realitzat fins que transcorri el per\u00edode de prescripci\u00f3 de les possibles infraccions o sancions de conformitat amb la legislaci\u00f3 vigent.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. DRETS DE L&#8217;INTERESSAT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Exercici dels drets<\/strong>: Els Interessats poden exercitar en qualsevol moment, mitjan\u00e7ant correu electr\u00f2nic o carta certificada amb justificant de recepci\u00f3 a l&#8217;adre\u00e7a de correu electr\u00f2nica o postal que s&#8217;indica en l&#8217;apartat corresponent al responsable del Tractament, els seg\u00fcents drets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dret d&#8217;acc\u00e9s<\/span>: El Interessat tindr\u00e0 dret a obtenir confirmaci\u00f3 de si s&#8217;estan tractant o no dades personals que el concerneixen, i certa informaci\u00f3 sobre aquest tractament.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dret de rectificaci\u00f3<\/span>: El Interessat tindr\u00e0 dret a obtenir la rectificaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquelles dades personals que li concerneixen i siguin inexactes.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dret de supressi\u00f3<\/span>: El Interessat tindr\u00e0 dret a obtenir la supressi\u00f3 de les seves dades, que SONIDO POSITIVO estar\u00e0 obligat a executar sense dilacions indegudes.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dret a la limitaci\u00f3<\/span>: L&#8217;Interessat tindr\u00e0 dret a limitar el tractament de les seves dades personals que, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, \u00fanicament podran ser objecte de tractament per SONIDO POSITIVO per a la formulaci\u00f3, l&#8217;exercici o la defensa de reclamacions.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dret a la portabilitat<\/span>: L&#8217;Interessat tindr\u00e0 dret a sol\u00b7licitar de SONIDO POSITIVO la remissi\u00f3 a un altre responsable de les dades que li hagi facilitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Per poder facilitar-li l&#8217;exercici dels drets, caldr\u00e0 que acrediti que \u00e9s el titular dels mateixos mitjan\u00e7ant document oficial acreditatiu, i que indiqui el dret que vol exercitar aix\u00ed com les dades afectats<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Revocaci\u00f3 del consentiment<\/span>: El Interessat podr\u00e0, en qualsevol moment, revocar el seu consentiment per al tractament de les seves dades personals o per a la recepci\u00f3 de comunicacions comercials.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Reclamaci\u00f3 davant l&#8217;Autoritat de Control<\/span>: Se li informa que pot cursar reclamaci\u00f3 davant la corresponent Autoritat de Control, en el cas d&#8217;Espanya, l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agpd.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agencia Espanyola de Protecci\u00f3 de Dades<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3.
